I'm Brendan, a run coach based in Sydney. I work with runners at every level, from people lacing up for the first time to those chasing podiums at ultra distances.
I started Peak Performance because I kept seeing the same problem. Runners following generic plans, training too hard on easy days, not hard enough on hard ones, and wondering why they weren't improving. Every athlete I coach gets a plan written specifically for them, built around their schedule, their fitness, and the race they're working toward.
The science is there. You just need someone to apply it properly.
